MBR

The incorporation of this technology in the treatment of industrial water has been a milestone for our clients, who have increased their treatment capacity without having to increase their space or carry out new construction.

In this way, we are introducing to the industry a proprietary methodology that encompasses everything from technology to a customized implementation system. It is a cost-effective and convenient solution for increasing flow rate and load.

MBBR

With Moving Bed Biological Reactor technology, we find solutions that allow the absorption of high organic loads in a smaller space, a very robust and ideal alternative to plant capacity expansion needs.

This is an alternative we use in projects requiring versatility and autonomy, as these systems can be controlled remotely. Furthermore, this solution stands out for its affordable maintenance, since it has no moving parts.

Upgrade

We apply this biogas methane purification technique to increase its proportion and generate biomethane. This process is based on absorption techniques such as pressure changes or the use of membranes.

This is a process that we are already carrying out in one of the few biomethane projects that are injecting this renewable gas into the gas network, namely the Montes de Toledo Biomethane plant.

Anaerobic technology

We are committed to this technology applied to wastewater treatment. It promotes biogas generation, minimizes waste generation by 75%, and reduces energy costs by up to 70%. Furthermore, it reduces CO2 emissions.

We work with the most advanced anaerobic reactors on the market, allowing us to adapt these solutions to smaller companies. Contrary to popular belief, anaerobic technology isn't limited to large industries.

Computational simulation of fluids

We use both algorithmic and numerical simulation to analyze elements related to fluids and their behavior. This process involves, among other things, chemical reactions and heat transfers.

Currently, CFD simulation has grown exponentially in both operating companies and government agencies. This evolution is already opening the door to new opportunities for companies, which are already using this resource to meet their needs.

Screw dryer

The solution to deal with excess sludge, both on a one-off basis through a rental, and permanently, since we take care of its supply, installation and maintenance.

We continuously carry out pilot tests of these solutions, which, among other advantages, feature a programmable automatic washing system so that the screw can operate continuously with all guarantees.

Furthermore, its implementation also favors the absence of vibrations and excessive noise, achieves a high degree of dehydration with dryness at the outlet of up to 30%, and has a low maintenance requirement.
