SITRA and the User, expressly waiving any other venue to which they may be entitled, will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the User’s address for any issues that may arise or actions that may be derived from provision of the website service and its contents and services, and regarding the interpretation, application, fulfilment or breach of the provisions established herein. If the User’s address is outside Spain, SITRA and the User, expressly waiving any other venue to which they may be entitled, will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Castellón de la Plana.
